Look no further than Arcachon - a charming little French restaurant in Moscow. A place like this could quickly become a favorite secret meeting spot for a rendezvous with a sexy Russian woman. Arcachon is located around the side of the Aerovokzal on Leningradsky Prospekt and is not likely to pick up much walk in traffic since it is off the beaten path.
The front of the building features a large enclosed veranda while the inside has a country design which is very cozy and not tacky in any way. There’s also a VIP section in the back that has armchairs and a fireplace with soothing background music playing to set the mood.
The menu consists of a selection of French and European dishes that focus on seafood. All the fish is sold by weight and the prices listed in the menu are for 100 grams. Some of the menu highlights include whole mussels in their shells served with white sauce for 390 rubles, sterlet with spinach for 515 rubles and bouillabaisse fish soup with croutons for 490 rubles. The wine selection starts at around 800 rubles a bottle. There is also some German and French bottled beer along with Budweiser and Hoegaarden.
Arcachon is located at 39 Leningradsky Prospekt, Building 30 and is open from noon to midnight.
