DO NOT assume that Russian women are going to act like Western women, especially American women. Some people suggest that you forget everything you know about women, the differences are that great and additionally, you are not familiar with the cultural and socio-economic conditions of the country so you will have a lot to learn.
DO NOT be late to any meetings you might arrange between yourself and Russian women in your search for a Russian bride, or even worse - not show up for the meeting entirely.
