Beware of 20 yr old from MINSK!

I spent long time chatting with 20 yr old blonde from Minsk here. She seems so innocent and sweet. I don't want to go into details publicly, but be careful when she starts to talk to you about her "business" ideas, especially about starting an outsourcing company! She is very smooth, but not to be trusted at all.

You should always report suspicious profiles to Customer Care.

She will string you along about relationship, too, and talks the talk about wanting love, etc. Oh, and she has some sob story about an ex. All the while, she is laser-focused on her "business".

I think she uses lots of these such sites and talking to many at same time. She had me going for almost a year, and it became clear that she is only looking for some kind of "sponsor" or "investor". I got on Russian version of facebook and got in touch with some of her friends and found out that she doesn't date anyone older than 23.

You can edit your responses, but you were given fair warning. I hope it does not cost you as much time and money as it did me.

did I understand correct? You really sent her money for virtual business plans? Never have met the girl before never have seen her opportunities...why?
Boys can anybody explain me why do you do? What is told for you that you are so clever can lost the mind in one moment? Pay attention I write "what is told" because as I understand you saw only her photo...so no other facts only her words.
We often can read such stories - you complain about. May be you have free money to spend them in such way so don't complain and don't be sorry about the event.

You mean that investing in the business plans of a 20 year old girl, from Russia, with no money and no real business experience, that you have never met, and do not know!! you mean this may be a bad investment??!!! ...

I can't believe SHE is even naive enough to think ANYONE would do this... this girl is lost in her dreams. Perhaps she watches too much television.

If men write about it, means that it happen and after that they ask advice - what to do? and after that such men write - she is scammer and etc - but where was your eyes when you did it? I can't understand it really. Maybe men so naive really or they so blind or what? explaine me, please. When I visit chat room I see - every men wants to talk with nice picture - young men or old men. They not search smart, mature women. They search doll or wife? What they think when they do it - that this woman blind or what?
My opinion is - think before to do something and you will not have such problem.

Don't be so hard on the guy. We men get conned every now and then. Women do, too! Men lose money. Women get pregnant and the cost to them is a lot more. A Russian guy posing as a woman conned me out of $2,400 for a plane ticket and visa, but there was a GOOD result. That prompted me to join LoversPlanet where I met my wife in November 2006. Interesting thoughts on here. I can assure people that I am not naive, and what happened to me can happen to anyone, and the reason why I felt a warning was necessary. I can go into more details another time when I have more time to write.

Russian version of Facebook, are you mental?? There is no such thing!! You can choose to have Facebook in pretty much any language but Facebook is the same the world over which is why it gets so many GLOBAL users, you clown. If you are not aware of this then its no wonder your getting ripped off by little girls. lol

Charliebigchips sorry but I think our words really very hard...nobody will share his\her experience if we should be so rough or sarcastic. I think Maur mean the russian *** this a site something like the facebook. Here you can find your friend you have studied with. The whole country may be at this site so sometimes you can get some information about the person you are speaking with...about her friends at least.
