When do we move forward?

This question is for those who have some experience with Russian women. Because initially we are restrained by correspondence only, and I know there is some cultural difference when do we express our desire to move towards more than simple correspondence? Situation is I met a beautiful lady through some correspondence and we seem to click well she is beautiful and everything I could ask for, however I’m hampered for the time being with correspondence only. So my question based on your experience do you tell her how you feel or do you just keep the talk light and wait?
