Post subject: Travel during K-1 Process?

My lady and I are considering meeting in Rome or Paris for New Years Eve. If we have started the K-1 process for the US, can she still travel around Europe?

she can travel anywhere. she even can travel to US if she got a tourist visa before and it is still valid.

Since the K-1 is not yet approved and she have not been interviewed by US Embassy/consulate where she live, she can not enter USA on K-1 Visa, but for sure can enter on a tourist Visa, however if she enter USA on a tourist visa and her K-1 is approved, she has to go for the interview at he Embassy/consulate ( where you specified under item #20 of I-129F Form) where NVC (national visa center) sent her package, you could confirm that with immigration attorney.
