1. Please note that the forum is not the place to ask questions in relation to the website - please contact Customer Care for any service-related issues. Customer Care will not monitor such requests on forum and will not post any replies. These messages will be deleted by forum moderators.
2. It is prohibited to post contact information (your contact information or contact information of other members).
3. You have to use proper language in your messages and make sure you do not offend others in any way. You may not offend other members because you believe they are out of line. It is also prohibited to post messages containing negative information related to members, persons, forum or the website, unless you can demonstrate reasonable proof.
4. Please do not use the forum to promote products or services. It is strictly prohibited to use the forum for commercial purposes. It is disallowed to post links to other companies, especially if these companies are not well-established and proven to be legitimate (e.g. Travelocity, Skype). This forum is intended to help you share your experience and anything that may be viewed as advertising may result in a ban. Links to questionable sites will be removed.
5. Members should respect each other even if they have conflicting opinions. It is not acceptable to show any kind of discrimination on the forum.
6. It is the policy of this website to disallow any discussion of specific members providing their identification information either directly (name, username, email address) or indirectly (location, communication details). If you have information about scams and scammers you should forward it immediately to Customer Care. It is against the rules to accuse other members based on your opinion or assumptions. It is explicitly prohibited to post names, usernames, addresses or other identification information of specific members, unless such information is already in the public domain.
7. Do not post private communication, copies of your emails or photographs of other members in this forum, without their prior consent.
8. Please keep your messages in accordance with the discussion subject. If you have a new topic please create a new thread. This will make life easier for new members who may find specific information faster. The categories are also important as we want topics and messages to relate to the categories.
9. A topic should have a title which should explain the contents of your messages. Please do not use CAPS excessively in message title or body. Please do not abuse colors and text styling. Titles similar to "Please help!.." or "QUESTION!! URGENT!" are not acceptable and will be deleted by moderators. Please use informative titles that are indicative of what your message is about.
10. Every forum has rules and they are the same for all members. Moderators are required to endorse compliance and will be required to ban members who break the rules. If you do have a complaint you can contact Customer Care. If you disagree with the rules, you can always create your own forum. We thank you for understanding.
